Reimer Project, Steinbach
We’re extremely excited as well as grateful about our recent acquisition. This opportunity was off market and managed by an ownership group of an accountant, lawyer, construction company owner. This was brought to Arete Holdings Grp affiliate not-for-profit, NREIC (national Real Estate Investors Community). This is one of our most solid purchases to date, a 1980’s build with 4 separate buildings and 8 units per building. A ton of green space, full parking lot with one parking stall per unit and an additional couple stalls. This was a rather simple and easy negotiation and we were able to acquire this building relatively simply. That is the benefit of course, of acquiring a building with simple cosmetic renovations.

We always seek to build, renovate and acquire buildings we ourselves would love to live in. This property really hit home, a 1980’s build with a large, functional space with a well thought out layout including outdoor spaces, lots of green space, full parking lot, additional storage and although in Steinbach, was in a residential area with beautiful homes and a very large park down the street which is one of Steinbach’s favourites (apparently).
